"Beautiful necklace and I was really happy with the customer service at the store. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because it comes with a one year anything promise insurance warranty from Jeweler’s Mutual, but I haven’t been able to get access the policy since I purchased it, and it’s been over 2 weeks of me asking the store now. Everything else with them has been a 5 star experience and I’m very happy with the necklace."
