"When this arrived it was much smaller than it appeared in the photos. The turquoise had a plastic look to it. When I called to ask about exchanging the item a woman named Cristina was borderline rude about the whole process. This was extremely disappointing because in the past our customer experience has been excellent here. Will definitely think twice before purchasing from JHJC again."
