Shipping policy

At Jackson Hole Jewelry Co. our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we ship to clients across the United States, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging.
All in stock items ship within 3 business days. If you order a custom item, a custom size, or a product that is backordered we will message you to give you an updated ship date estimate.

All orders that are sent out are shipped via insured Fedex, and require a signature. If you want to accept all responsibility for a package once it has been delivered you must request this in writing via email, online message, or in the order notes. By waiving a delivery signature you become fully responsible for any loss or damage to the package once it is delivered. We do not recommend this.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our Jackson Hole showroom to the destination. All order are shipped via Fedex and insured for their full value. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take 3-5 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Expedited shipping is also available for an increased shipping cost. Each item shipped requires a signature for delivery, you can rest assured that it won't be left on your doorstep.
