Capture your dreams with our Dreamcatcher Collection; These cufflinks each contain a shimmery, precision cut piece of mother-of-pearl in either grey or white and are finished off with a precious gemstone centre.

These stunning sterling silver cufflinks are the perfect, everlasting choice for the sophisticated gentleman. With its beautiful lustre and iridescence of the mother-of-pearl inlay, these round designs are encased in a rose gold plated setting and are beautifully finished with a sparkling yellow sapphire gemstone centre.

The shimmering mother-of-pearl features an intricate pattern, reminiscent of a dreamcatcher and is often associated with positive fortune and good luck. As an organic, natural stone, the mother-of-pearl used in each ring is totally unique. Also known as nacre, the precious gemstone is built up of layers which produce different wavelengths of light causing the colours to shimmer and shine when viewed in different lights, giving a distinct look and finish.

Please note, multiple layers of iridescent nacre reflect light beautifully giving each piece of mother-of-pearl its own unique appearance which may vary slightly to the image shown.

Repairs

Before sending in your item for a repair, please complete the following: 

  1. Download our Repair Form.
  2. Print form and complete all information.
  3. Enclose the form and the item to be repaired.

Exchanges

Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. We will not offer exchanges 30 days after the purchase was made. 

 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

 

Non-exchangeable items include:

Gift cards

Custom made orders

 

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

There are certain situations where no exchanges are granted:

Any item not in its original condition,  damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your invoice, within 14 days. 

 

Store Credit (if applicable)

If you have not received a copy of your invoice reflecting your store credit please contact us, inquire@jacksonholejewelry.com

Your store credit will not expire and it can be used towards any item in any of our collections. 

If the item you are exchanging for exceeds the value of your original purchase, then the store credit will be applied and you will be charged the difference for the new item.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a gift card to the gift giver so that it may be given to the gift recipient.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

You must return items via Fedex or UPS with insurance.

 If you send your return to our physical address using USPS we will not receive it and it will be returned to you by the mail service. 

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Shipping time of your item will depend on your location and the type of service you select.

 

We have three shipping options: 

Fedex Express Saver Insured (3-Day) -  $20.00

Fedex Express Insured (2-Day) - $60.00

Fedex Overnight Insured - $120.00
