Poor customer service
"I’ve been asked twice to give a review on a purchase of this ring. The first time was before I received it in the mail. Once I got the ring, I noticed a small mark and reached out immediately (12/19). Quinn responded to my email with in 5 mins asking for photos so she could find a solution. No response was given after I sent the photos. I reached out again on 12/23 but no response. Today I received another request for a review (12/28) but still no response from this company about my ring. My hopes is by leaving a review that someone will reach out to me to so that we can come up with a solution on how to proceed."
