Black Friday Promotional Terms & Conditions
The Jackson Hole Jewelry Co. Black Friday Promotion (“Promotion”) applies only to qualifying net purchases made during the official Black Friday promotional period, as communicated on our website and subject to change at our discretion.
1. Qualifying Purchases & Tier Structure
Customers who make qualifying net purchases during the promotional period will receive a promotional credit (“Future Purchase Credit”) according to the following tiers:
Net Purchases of $1,000–$4,999.99: Receive 15% back
Net Purchases of $5,000–$9,999.99: Receive 25% back
Net Purchases of $10,000+: Receive 35% back
“Net purchases” exclude gift card purchases, sales tax, shipping, insurance, or any non-merchandise charges.
2. Issuance of Promotional Credits
Promotional credits are issued in the form of a digital promotional code, delivered after the promotional period—no earlier than the date announced on our website.
Codes will be issued only after full payment has cleared.
Codes are unique, tied to the customer’s account, and issued once per customer based on aggregated qualifying purchases during the event.
3. Nature of Credit (Important Legal Definitions)
The Future Purchase Credit:
Has no cash value,
Is not a gift card,
Is non-transferable,
May not be redeemed for cash,
Will not be replaced, refunded, or reissued, including if lost, stolen, or unused.
4. Credit Expiration
All promotional credit codes expire on December 31, 2025.
No extensions or exceptions are permitted.
5. Restrictions
Cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, referral codes, or pricing events—including, but not limited to, the Diamond Event or other seasonal promotions.
Not valid toward purchases made prior to or after the promotional period.
Cannot be applied to the same transaction that generated the credit (“no double-dipping”).
Limit one promotional code per customer.
6. Final Sale Policy
All Black Friday purchases are final sale.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted except in cases of manufacturing defect or damage upon receipt. In cases where an exception is approved:
Any related promotional credit will be voided in full, and
Any used portion may be deducted from the refund.
7. Additional Operational Protections
Exchanges, cancellations, or order modifications may void associated promotional credits.
Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated after a code is issued will result in automatic voiding of the credit.
8. Right to Modify or Cancel
Jackson Hole Jewelry Co. reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time before issuance of credits, with or without notice, to correct errors, comply with applicable law, or maintain promotional integrity.
Any monetary value issued to a customer in the form of digital codes (“Account Credit”) will be applied to the customer’s account. Account Credit may be used toward any eligible purchase, including merchandise, services, shipping, or other charges. There are no restrictions on how Account Credit may be applied unless otherwise stated. Account Credit has no cash value and is non-transferable.
