Capturing the hazy skies of the beautiful British summer and the crashing waves of a sandy beach, our Summer Haze collection is inspired by the palette of a quintessentially British summer.
With inspiration taken from John Constables 1822 ‘Cloud Study’, the colours, movements and textures of a swirling English sky has been bought to life within this stunning, British made pair of cufflinks.
Beautifully hand-enamelled in a lustrous silver, the organic and natural lines allow the vitreous enamel to show off its density, texture, tone and brightness. And, just like a real summers sky, as the light changes on these cufflinks you will see different tones shimmer and shine.

Repairs
Before sending in your item for a repair, please complete the following:
- Download our Repair Form.
- Print form and complete all information.
- Enclose the form and the item to be repaired.
Exchanges
Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. We will not offer exchanges 30 days after the purchase was made.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-exchangeable items include:

Custom made orders
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where no exchanges are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your invoice, within 14 days.
Store Credit (if applicable)
If you have not received a copy of your invoice reflecting your store credit please contact us, inquire@jacksonholejewelry.com
Your store credit will not expire and it can be used towards any item in any of our collections.
If the item you are exchanging for exceeds the value of your original purchase, then the store credit will be applied and you will be charged the difference for the new item.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a gift card to the gift giver so that it may be given to the gift recipient.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You must return items via Fedex or UPS with insurance.
If you send your return to our physical address using USPS we will not receive it and it will be returned to you by the mail service.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping time of your item will depend on your location and the type of service you select.
We have three shipping options:

Fedex Express Insured (2-Day) - $60.00
Fedex Overnight Insured - $150.00
